Thus, TripuraBazar is not responsible for the quality of any products or services purchased or availed by any of its users. 

A User in TripuraBazar is everyone who uses the site for advertising a service or business or availing a service. All the following conditions are applicable for all the users. 

–  TripuraBazar does not act as a broker or agent for any of its users, and TripuraBazar does not partake in any kind of discussion between the users.

–  TripuraBazar has no obligation to monitor or solve any kind of disputes (if it happens in any case) between the TripuraBazar users, and TripuraBazar shall not take a part in any such dispute or litigation.

–  Users with business prospects are responsible for end-to-end communications. Tripurabazar explicitly disclaims any responsibility for any monetary transaction(s), interaction(s) and sharing of information between the users using any kind of media.

–  Matrimonial advertisements that TripuraBazar hosts for its registered users do not give any explicit or implied guarantee of marriage or alliance for both the paid and free users.

–  TripuraBazar is not liable for any business deal, meeting, call, message, chat, email, or social media posts at any point of time among the users.

–  TripuraBazar does not give any implied or explicit guarantee or warranty of marriage/alliance, or buy/sale products, house/flat sale/rental, shopping items, household services related advertisement in website. 

–  TripuraBazar also not responsible for following things: 

– Any issues relating to any technical malfunction of any telecommunication network, software, hardware failures, network congestion, denial of service, failure due to spamming or any combination of the above.

– Any unauthorized or illegal act done by any third party relating to or connected with any information submitted by you or on your behalf;

– Any cyber crime attempted or committed by anyone. 

– Any untrue or incorrect information submitted by users behalf;

– Any decision taken by users behalf or any consequences thereof, based on any information provided by any other user

Mode of Payment

Payment made by Cash / Cheque / Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card / RTGS/ NEFT/ would be in accordance with the prevailing.

Refund and Assignment

– The payments made by any advertiser to TripuraBazar by way of membership / renewal fee / auto renewal are treated as non-refundable.

– Payment once made for TripuraBazar services cannot be assigned to any person/party or adjusted towards any other product or packages provided by the Company.or
